Kobus le Roux
Kobus is a shareholder and director of the Habikon Group. He is a skilled business leader with an excellent understanding of real estate development. With his analytical and entrepreneurial drive and wealth of experience gained over a period of thirty-six years in residential property development and construction, Kobus is perfectly positioned to guide Habikon to its expected levels of performance.
ALEX PRINSLOO
Alex is the group’s Construction Manager, with extensive experience in managing a wide range of civil engineering and building projects throughout South Africa. A proven leader with successful background in planning and coordination he always meets and exceed expectations. He maintains strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
